"I needed a place to wait while my car was being seen. Even though they were busy, the employees were incredibly polite and friendly. My car was finished so when I asked for a to go cup, an employee did the transfer for me, which was deeply appreciated!"

"I’m a near daily customer at this location. For the most part the employees are very welcoming and nice. I usually don’t get anything very fancy, just a coffee. I can tell when the coffee has been sitting too long or a new batch needs to be made. Unfortunately, this is happening more and more. I think, with no real evidence to back this up, that it’s probably when there’s not a manager there. I’ve asked before to get another one made with quite literally them adding hot water to my coffee with the employee arguing with me. So I didn’t ask today when I got a luke warm batch. It was disappointing but I just took it home to microwave it so now it tastes burnt. I know there’s a lot more to worry about in this world but I like my routine and just wish the quality was a little more consistent. Maybe I need a new morning routine."

This location has the best atmosphere and energy. 10/10 customer service!!!!……. I made this post on the Dillon’s location and meant for it to be for your location. The other one is great too but I did not want you guys to think I forgot about you. Manager just the best leader praises his staff and they are great staff. I feel like genuinely they are so smart and kind. People you want to be around when you are wanting to relax and be in a home style environment."
